Product Description The ball comes alive with forces, furiously thrashing and jerking as your arm and wrist try to keep it in control, spinning it faster and faster until you have it up to almost 15,000rpm and it's exerting about 40lbs of pressure on your limbs at a speed of 250 revolutions per second - no batteries, just pure gyroscopic power - the fastest human propelled device ever created! This is a great Product for all types of martial arts especially Judo where hands on grip is required!!!

excellent piece of machinery July 27, 2010 boltonkev i broke my wrist and arm earlier this year and bought the powerball because i was having a bit of trouble with my wrist ,ive been using it a couple of weeks and the difference is great ,i would recommend one of these to anyone
Pleasantly surprised July 8, 2010 C. A. Keilloh (UK) I received this as a birthday present. I asked for it on a whim, a cheap pastime at worst, if it could do what it advertises to do all the better. I play the drums and ice hockey, so building up finger, arm and wrist strength is the name of my game.
This thing is exceptionally fun. After the breaking in period of 2 days or so while my fingers got acclimatised to the power and grip on the ball, the only time I have been able to put it down is when the burn becomes too much.
While the ball is active, holding it in certain positions (many exercises for the ball are available on youtube) generates a great amount of force and subsequent muscle exercise on certain areas in the arm. After exercise you can really feel your arm and wrist has had a good workout and like all exercise, it's addictive!
Best of all is the balls portability. No weights or dumbbells to transport around to wherever you want a burst of exercise. I use my ball in the garden, the park, my bedroom...the world is my oyster. The ball is a bit noisy however, so I don't recommend using it at the dinner table or on the bus as examples.
In short, great price, great buy.
Powerball regular June 30, 2010 HelenC This is great!!!!! I'm a climber and needed an extra boost to help with hand and arm strength. You can feel it - and see it - working your fingers and forearms and with the other exercises you can exercise your biceps and triceps too. This certainly does the trick. Don't let anyone else have a go tho or you'll never get it back!
Power Ball June 28, 2010 Max I did not expect such an effect using this small toy. Now I am sure that any man should have this Ball and use it at least once a day. It is not a substitute for more serious training but can help take care of different muscles of one's arms and (maybe) brains. In my opinion no sense to buy more expensive units, I have one and I'm not impressed.
fun - but... June 6, 2010 J. Allsop 0 out of 3 found this review helpful
i was intrigued by this device following suggestions online so decided to try the cheapest version thinking that I wouldnt have wasted much money. I do enjoy using this and it does really work your forearm muscles well - especially useful for tennis. it is advertised as a device for rehabilitation as well as exercise but I feel that it is too vigorous for any physio uses. I would recommend getting a more expensive version with a rev counter as this would add to the attraction but I dont want 2 of them so will just stick with this for now.
