I LOVE my new Dyson. It's made all our carpets look brand new. It gets the house rabbit fur out of the carpet with amazing ease. I also love how easy it is to do the stairs now, and the fact that the static hose attachment enables me to get cobwebs out of the skylights! I don't think I'll ever want a different brand. Really pleased also to get such great results from the basic model, rather than having to fork out twice as much for the specific animal hair one. I really don't see how it could improve on what I've got!

i have had many types and makes of vacuum cleaners but the dyson is the best.the customer service is just the best if needed ,it maybe a bit noisy for some but highly recommended.

I did not realise how much dust my old cleaner was not picking up until I bought this Dyson. It really does eat up dirt. Very impressive - even picks up dog hairs which must have been embedded in the sofa.
